 Q: WHAT CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
A: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, And American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: An email or text depending on your preference will always be sent out when an order is received and when order status changes. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number and you can track your order progress via the tracking number.

 

Q: HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

A: Orders may takes 3-5 business days to process being shipped unless otherwise stated or expedited shipping has been chosen. please refer to shipping policy for more info.
